Returns

Oyster Atelier uses PostNord's return service. Follow the instructions carefully to ensure your return is properly processed and approved.

How to create and send a return:

  1. Click the return link: https://my.postnord.no/return?q=Oyster
  2. Fill in your sender information (your contact details)
  3. On the next page: enter your order number under "Recipient's reference" (Mottakers referanse)
  4. Complete the order with PostNord and follow their instructions for delivery code and drop-off location

Requirements for a return to be approved:

  1. Return must occur within the deadline
    • Right of withdrawal: 14 days from when you received the item
    • The item must be sent back within a reasonable time after you have notified us of your withdrawal
  2. The item must be in approximately the same condition
    The item must:
    • be unused or only tried on carefully
    • not be damaged, soiled, or significantly diminished
  3. Original packaging should be used
    • Return the item in its original packaging if possible
    • Remove old labels and pack the item securely

Refund

Refund occurs when the item has been received and inspected. The full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after the item is received by Oyster or you have documented that the item has been sent back.

Return shipping is covered by the sender.

Exchanges

At Oyster Atelier you have a 30-day exchange right. Follow the instructions below if you wish to exchange sizes.

How to complete an exchange:

  1. Send an email to hello@oysteratelier.com with:
    • order number
    • desired new size
  2. You will receive a return code/link from us to be used in the PostNord portal
  3. Fill in sender information
  4. On the next page: enter your order number under "Recipient's reference" (Mottakers referanse)
  5. Complete the order with PostNord and follow their instructions for delivery code and drop-off location
